The group also covers what has worked well in Contract Management processes focusing on keys areas of KPI’s , commercial terms like rebates and discounts, penalties, and monitoring. as well as what types of tools are available to manage contracts.
Finally members briefly overview relevant software challenges and changes in relation to Contact Management.
