In this CPO Round Table meeting members commence by highlighting their three biggest priorities for 2018, followed by a discussion on group stock or inventory holdings.
They are then steered by Stephen Kehoe through a detailed overview of Training and the following proposed questions are examined by the group:
- What’s the most sustainable way of delivering that training?
- How do you follow up on the training for reiteration or new topics?
- How do we communicate with our business/stakeholders?
- Is there a way to measure success with stakeholder engagement, with those of you who have a formal process?
- Do we have a formalised ‘engagement/communication plan’ in place?
- Is there a way to measure success with stakeholder engagement, with those of you who have a formal process?
Lastly members conduct a Social Procurement discussion.
