Often, supplier relationship management has been overlooked and not given the attention it deserves.
The bottom line? To increase trust with your suppliers, we will start by looking at the best cultural fit, selecting the appropriate sourcing business model, and spending time getting deep and meaningful in understanding & developing the relationship.
