According to the Business Dictionary a Scope of Works is: “The division of work to be performed under a contract or subcontract in the completion of a project, typically broken out into specific tasks with deadlines.”
An essential skill for all procurement practitioners and project managers, this session will explore the How, when, what, why and who of writing a scope of works examining what should be included and excluded.
