Whereas previously we have run procurement automation sessions across all types of systems, this session will specifically focus on selecting and implementing a P2P solution.
We would welcome and encourage any member who has been through the process and has an automated P2P system in place to join the session and share their experience of the process. One other option to consider would be to invite representatives of two or three of the solutions providers to join the session. While I know there is often among buyers an aversion to discussing these kinds of issues openly with suppliers, the reality is that they know the game better than anyone. Having such a session moderated by and under the umbrella of PASA should keep them honest!
