Developing procurement leadership and meaningful ‘business partnering’ relationships(MEL)

Becoming a successful business partner or trusted advisor is the goal of most procurement professionals. Some have been more successful than others in achieving this. In this expert-led round-table, members will explore what strategies are working to build procurement leadership and meaningful business partnering relationships between procurement and the business?

The round-table will be led by a representative of Grosvenor Performance Group, bringing their vast experience to bear on the discussion. Previous sessions led by Stefan Gassner and/or Shane Lamont have received outstanding feedback, so don’t miss out.

When registering please nominate any specific questions you would like to see addressed as part of the agenda.
