CPO/Procurement Leadership (SYD)

The agenda will include:

  1. Lean-agile procurement  - what opportunities and answers does it present for procurement?
  2. Do we have the capability in procurement to match our ambition?
    1. And if not, how do we develop it?
    2. As many procurement leaders consider their team development plans for 2020, this is a good time for a discussion on procurement capability and how we develop it. The discussion will also provide input to the development of the PASA Connect schedule for 2020, ensuring that the focus remains on your most relevant needs and priorities.
