Building a Procurement Framework (Syd)

How do you as a procurement function balance conflicting priorities in building a new procurement framework?

One that addresses the needs of different stakeholders within the context of heightened governance whilst balancing organisation/supplier needs.

How does your framework and organisational structure fit with your corporate procurement plan?

And downstream how does it cater for targeting specific strategic aims and annual or long term goals?

Does it include a design for your balanced scorecard?

In this expert-led session participants are encouraged to bring along any tools or templates they are using and information on their strategy that underlies their planning.

Please submit issues or questions you would like to discuss early in the process so that we can include it in the agenda.

Expert facilitator - Matt Dunn, Director Automation, Aquiliti
